2. PURPOSE

These purchasing conditions, as well as any other specific conditions that may exist and which will be duly displayed on the corresponding screens, constitute the regulatory framework governing the acquisition of our products, formalised directly on this website.

The purchasing conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Ley 34/2002, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, Ley 7/1996 de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista, and other complementary laws, all of which are legally binding provisions.

The purchase of products may only be made by users over eighteen (18) years of age, who must follow the steps and instructions that accompany the entire purchase process, consisting of, by way of example: (i) Completion of the form, either for identification of occasional users or for identification of previously registered customers; (ii) On-screen display of the order summary, delivery conditions and shipping costs where applicable; (iii) Acceptance of purchasing conditions, which implies the reading, understanding and irrevocable acceptance of each and every one of them, as well as, where applicable, any specific conditions that may apply; and (iv) Immediate receipt of a summary email to the account used for registration or, failing that, within the shortest possible time and always before the following twenty-four hours.

Customers who wish to register will be assigned personal credentials consisting of a unique identifier (which will be the email address) and a password, the safekeeping and custody of which will depend exclusively on its holder, who must use them with due diligence. Therefore, they shall not use credentials other than their own in order to impersonate other users when using the shop or any other service on the Website.

3. SCOPE

The purchase and acquisition of products in the shop shall be accessible from the territorial locations listed below:

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The products available in the shop will display all characteristics, existing options and prices, as well as an illustrative image of the packaging or container in which they are presented. The description will include quantities per product unit with a clear indication of the volume specified in millilitres. The catalogue may also contain a brief product presentation and its nutritional value, as well as other products related to the one chosen by the User, who may add them to their shopping basket.

Prices shown are in euros (identified by the symbol €) and include VAT and any other applicable taxes, and will at all times be the current prices. The order summary screen will also show the shipping costs for delivery to the address of the User, which, where applicable, will always be borne by the buyer.

The above shall not apply to those sales expressly excluded by value added tax regulations or to those sales authorised for abroad.

We reserve the right to cancel a purchase when it has occurred due to an obvious information or typographical error, which will be notified to the user as soon as possible, cancelling any charges to their account that may have occurred.

The shop does not have a specific promotions section; however, it will be duly indicated on screen when the purchase of any product is subject to a special offer.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

Once the products have been selected, the prices and total of the shopping basket will be displayed, as well as the shipping costs, all before proceeding with payment. By following all the instructions provided on screen, you will be able to successfully complete the transaction.

For this purpose, we have contracted a payment gateway that complies with the security standards required in electronic commerce, so all data transmitted will be encrypted to guarantee maximum security through the HTTPS protocol; we therefore guarantee that the transaction will be carried out securely.

We will deliver the purchased products as soon as possible to the address you provide for this purpose in the order form. Delivery will always take place within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the order.

6. SHIPPING COSTS

For mainland Spain and Portugal:

Carriage paid for orders over 20 euros.
For orders under 20 euros, shipping costs of 3.95 euros including VAT will apply.

For Europe (France, Italy, Germany) Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

Shipping costs will be 12 euros including VAT.

DELIVERY TIMES

For mainland Spain and Portugal:

The estimated delivery time ranges between 1 to 3 working days from the time of purchase, depending on the delivery address of your order.
The above timeframe may be extended for deliveries to remote areas.
Deliveries will only be made on working days.

For Europe (France, Italy, Germany...):

The estimated delivery time ranges between 3 to 7 working days from the time of purchase, depending on the delivery address of your order.
The above timeframe may be extended for deliveries to remote areas.
