RETURNS POLICY
The period for exchanges and returns of an item is 15 days from the date of receipt by the customer.
It is essential that the product has not been used and retains all its labels, wrapping or original boxes.
Returns that have not been previously authorised will not be accepted.
Special conditions for exchanges and returns of certain items:
Footwear and Accessories: must be returned with their original bag or cardboard box intact.
Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
Swimwear and underwear: must include the hygiene sticker.
Return packaging:
You may send the product in its original box or wrapping, placed inside a bag or cardboard box, via the most economical courier service available to you. Returns of a product without this final outer packaging will not be accepted (the original box or bag of the product must not be damaged).

Refund:
Once we have received the product, we will check its condition, packaging and labelling.
If everything is correct, we will proceed with the refund immediately. The amount may take some time to appear in your account depending on your bank.

The estimated delivery time ranges between 24h/72h working days from the time of purchase, depending on the delivery address of your order.
The above timeframe may be extended for deliveries to remote areas.
